You retain ownership of all content you create in Chosen Focus, including goals, tasks, notes, and reflections. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to process your content as needed to provide the service, including sending it to AI providers for feature functionality.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the app
  • Use automated systems to access the app in a manner that exceeds reasonable use

5. AI Features Disclaimer

Chosen Focus includes AI-powered features such as goal planning and mentorship. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI outputs. You are responsible for reviewing and acting on any AI-generated plans or advice.

6. Disclaimers

Chosen Focus is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chosen Focus and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Chosen Focus at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. You may request export of your data before or after termination.
